B Vitamins Deficiency

Don't begin to take any vitamin without your doctor's consent. Some medication can not be mixed with certain supplements. You should go to the doctor if you start to have any of the symptoms appear. Even if you are just being cautious, you will at least be safe by getting a doctor's opinion. Also, ask to see how or if you should change your current diet so that you can be healthy and stay healthy.
