Swisse Men's Ultivite Multivitamin Mineral and Antioxidant formula with herbs assists in relieving the symptoms of tiredness, stress, increasing stamina levels and wellbeing. It's based on over 20 years of worldwide research and contains scientifically validated ingredients and dosages. Swisse Ultivites are available in capsule and tablet form. One Ultivite tablet is equivalent to two capsules so we recommend that you take 2 capsules daily. Capsules are smaller in size so they do not fit as much of each ingredient in each capsule in comparison to each tablet. Capsules are easy to swallow so are an ideal option if you have difficulty swallowing tablets. Some tablets are known to take longer to break down (disintegrate) in the body than capsules, however, with Swisse's advanced manufacturing technologies, both the Swisse Ultivite tablets and capsules are highly absorbable, and take approximately the same time, around 25 minutes, to break down in the digestive tract.
